About us

Lampert Rum is built on a simple idea: craftsmanship should feel timeless. Created under the Lampert name, our rums are aged in Panama in ex-bourbon white oak barrels and refined into two smooth expressions—designed for people who value balance, character, and the pleasure of slow moments.

Why Panama

Panama is known for producing rums shaped by climate, time, and oak. Warm conditions support long, steady maturation—allowing the spirit to develop roundness and depth while keeping the finish smooth and composed.

The Founder’s Story

Lampert Rum was created by Dr. Stefan Lampert—an attorney driven by craftsmanship, precision, and timeless quality. In search of a rum that felt smooth, refined, and consistently enjoyable, he turned to Panama, known for spirits shaped by climate, time, and oak. Aged in ex-bourbon white oak barrels, Lampert Rum was crafted to deliver balance, depth, and an elegant finish—made for slow moments, however you choose to enjoy it.

White Oak Barrel

Lampert Rum is aged in white oak barrels previously used for bourbon. This oak lends warmth and structure, helping the rum develop a smooth, layered profile—often expressed as vanilla, caramelized sweetness, soft spice, and a clean, elegant finish.

How We Think About Taste

We design for balance: aroma that invites, flavor that unfolds, and a finish that stays smooth. Whether you prefer sweeter warmth, dry elegance, or subtle spice, Lampert Rum is made to feel composed from first sip to last.

How to enjoy

There’s no single “correct” serve—only the one that suits your moment. Start neat to experience the full profile, add ice to open it gently, or mix it in clean classics where quality makes the difference.

A Rum for the Moments You Keep

Lampert Rum is an invitation to slow down—an elegant spirit crafted with patience, shaped by oak, and made to be enjoyed without rush. Two expressions, one philosophy: quality that feels timeless.
